Coaching FAQs
What’s your coaching style?
My coaching style is a blend of science, spirituality, and practical support. I combine tactical and question-based coaching—guiding you through both practical challenges and deeper inner shifts. It’s not one-size-fits-all; I meet you where you are.
What’s the difference between a single session and a package?
A single is for quick clarity—a focused, high-impact space to work through a specific issue or pending decision. Packages are best for sustained transformation: space to rewire deeply ingrained beliefs and patterns while working toward taking bold, aligned action over time.
Are your sessions virtual, phone-based, or in-person?
Sessions are held virtually (via Zoom or phone), allowing me to work with clients anywhere in the world. If you’re local and prefer in-person, reach out—occasional exceptions may be possible.
How often do we meet if I purchase a package?
Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, but ultimately it’s up to you. We’ll choose a cadence that matches your goals, pace, and capacity.
Can I start with a single session and upgrade later?
Yes! If you choose to commit to a package within 30 days of your first session, I’ll credit that initial session toward the package cost. I also offer a 30 minute introduction call at no cost to see if we’re a good fit before you commit to any additional sessions.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
I understand that life happens—but if late cancellations, no-shows, or frequent rescheduling become a pattern, sessions may be forfeited and future bookings may not be accepted. Respecting time—yours and ours—is part of the work. Commitment is a key part of transformation, and showing up consistently is where change begins.
How do I get started?
The first step is to book a free consultation call. Use the contact form to get the ball rolling. We’ll use that time to explore your goals and see if it’s a fit.
